Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to lead data center construction projects across multiple locations. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.

You'll travel between project sites, review blueprints, manage onsite teams, and supervise subcontractors using Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore and Bluebeam to ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong cross-cultural communication.
• Proven track record supervising large on-site teams.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Experience with HeavyBid for estimating.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and enforcement.
• Experience using ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation.
• Ability to travel frequently between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams per plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth operations.
• Review blueprints and construction documents for accuracy.
• Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 to meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality control and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor budgets and assist with estimating using HeavyBid.
• Document and report using ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Conduct site safety audits and address hazards promptly.
• Read schematics and electrical drawings; use ohmmeters when needed.
• Travel between project sites to oversee progress.
