Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a dynamic bilingual Site Superintendent to lead data center construction projects across multiple locations. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on site.

This role requires travel between project sites, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong experience with Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam to ensure documentation and reporting are precise.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; effective communication across diverse teams.
• Extensive construction management experience in data centers or high-tech environments.
• Proven ability to supervise large teams on complex projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with HeavyBid for estimating and blueprints reading.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety enforcement.
• Familiar with ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for clear communication.
• Review blueprints and schematics to verify accuracy and implementation.
• Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 to meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor budgets and assist with estimating using HeavyBid.
• Use ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and reporting.
• Conduct site safety audits and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Read schematics and electrical drawings; use ohmmeters when needed.
• Travel between project sites to oversee progress.
