Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Site Superintendent to lead data center construction projects across multiple locations. You will oversee complex activities, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure on-time delivery with top quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong management experience in data center environments, proficiency with Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam, and willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages.
• Extensive construction mgmt experience in data center or high-tech environments.
• Strong supervisory track record on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Familiar with HeavyBid for estimating; able to read blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and enforcing protocols.
• Experience with ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation.
• Ability to read technical schematics; electrical testing tools a plus.
• Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and driving schedules.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams per plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth operations.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and docs to verify accuracy and implementation.
• Manage scheduling using Primavera P6 to meet deadlines.
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and assist with estimating using HeavyBid.
• Use ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and reporting.
• Conduct site safety audits and address hazards promptly.
• Read schematics; use electrical testing tools when needed.
• Travel between project sites to oversee progress and resolve issues.
