Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Extensive experience in construction management in data center environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with construction estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate operations with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Review blueprints and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
