Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data center environments or structured cabling.
• Experience leading technicians.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise data center technicians on installation and service projects.
• Install, terminate, label, and test structured cabling (fiber and copper).
• Oversee installation of racks, containment systems, and network hardware.
• Troubleshoot data center infrastructure and read blueprints.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and clients.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and test results.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control.
