Mercor is hiring for a part-time Danish–English evaluative role to help make advanced AI models safer. You will craft expert-level prompts in Danish and apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations, documenting your judgments with clear reasoning.

No prior AI/ML experience is required; training will be provided. This role is approximately 7 hours per week and starts immediately, focusing on handling sensitive topics with strict attention to detail and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• Fluent Danish and business-level English.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment on sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsabilités

• Write expert-level prompts in Danish across sensitive topics.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and document reasoning behind judgments.
