Job summary

Mercor is seeking bilingual Spanish–English speakers to help improve AI safety by evaluating how models handle sensitive topics in Spanish. No prior AI/ML experience required; training will be provided.

You will write expert prompts in Spanish, apply structured guidelines to classify content, and document your reasoning to flag unsafe or adversarial material. Start date: immediate, part-time (~7 h/week).

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish with business-level English writing
• Bachelor's degree or in progress
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail
• Good judgment around sensitive and dual-use information

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across sensitive topics.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and document the reasoning behind decisions.
