Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at its California branch in Ontario. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service during the 9 PM to 5:30 AM shift, with 8:30 AM training in days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Full-Time Hours:

Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Training Hours - Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
