Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at our California branch in Ontario, CA. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Hours: 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. You will process orders, answer product, pricing and shipping questions, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering. We offer training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
