Job summary

Uline is hiring an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in California. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. The role offers full-time hours from Friday to Tuesday, with night shifts and comprehensive training.

On-site position at the CA branch with strong growth potential. Responsibilities include processing orders, pricing inquiries, and guiding customers through online ordering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product recommendations and explain pricing/shipping details.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Navigate the website and online ordering to assist customers.

Full-Time Hours:

Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Training Hours - Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
