Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service, call center, or related experience with inbound calls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clear and professional communication with callers
• Ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations professionally
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues with minimal management intervention
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center, and distributor inquiries regarding policies and procedures
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage
• Assist callers with warranty and non-warranty service issues
• Handle issues for ASC or consumers, maintaining policy flexibility
• Provide information on parts purchase and repair services
• Coordinate with internal teams on warranty claims, stock issues, and freight concerns
• Enter orders, provide pricing, and update customers on order status
• Perform other duties as assigned
