A leading company in the coatings industry is hiring Customer Service Specialists to work closely with both wholesale and retail customers. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of its customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will be expected to work within a 20-mile radius of store #5888 at 1010 Eichelberger St, Hanover, PA 17331.
