Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at Store #3003 in Beaver Dam, WI. You will help customers find the right paint solutions, answer product questions, and ensure high service standards while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain store displays and stock levels; load/unload deliveries when needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Keep a clean, organized sales floor and assist with inventory controls.
