Job description

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of quality and visual presentation in the store. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. To protect business operations and safety, a review of criminal history is required.

The selected individual will be expected to work within 30 miles of Store #5779, located at 100 Larrabee Rd, Suite 300, Westbrook, ME 04092.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
