A leading company in the paint and coatings industry is seeking Customer Service Specialists to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining store standards while providing excellent service.
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Store associates in this role are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the store and products. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will be expected to work within a 40-mile radius of store #5373, located at 2159 WHITE ST STE 25 YORK, PA 17404.
