Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Store associates in this role are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while consistently achieving sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company conducts criminal history reviews to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.
