Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They must stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high standards of quality and visual presentation in the store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The selected individual will work at Store #5028, located at 2010 Enterprise Dr, Forest VA 24551, and may be required to work at surrounding stores within a 10-mile radius.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company conducts a review of criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
