Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Store associates in this role are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store appearance.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company conducts criminal history reviews to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 10-mile radius of the following locations: 1245 Hurffville Rd., Deptford, NJ 08096; 408 Rt. #73 North, Berlin, NJ 08091; and 222 Bridgeton Pike, Space 10, Mantua, NJ 08051.
