Job summary

InteLogix in El Paso, TX, is hiring a customer service associate to help customers with SNAP EBT transactions and provide best-in-class support. You will stay informed on products and policies, document interactions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; 18+ and HS diploma expected.

Weekend/holiday shifts may be needed. This full-time role offers paid training, health benefits, PTO, employee discounts, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions.
• Computer/tech savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows/tabs while delivering customer service.
• Superb attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers to solutions.

What We Look for in a Candidate

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions and constant sedentary work
• Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operation multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
• Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
