Penske Automotive Group in Florida is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to handle outbound and inbound service calls for our dealerships. No experience required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

You will answer calls, relay vehicle information, offer price quote ranges, schedule appointments, and connect customers with service advisors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
