Job summary

Nevada Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Business Credit Coach to guide clients in building and establishing their business credit. You will communicate with clients and internal teams, provide startup consultation, and maintain accurate records of daily activity.

The role emphasizes a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with continued training and CRM usage to support client success and company goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communications skills.
• Ability to read/write in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to call clients for several hours a day.
• Willingness to learn and comply with established programs, policies and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel.
• Willing to be trained on our internal CRM.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coach our established clients on building/establishing their business credit.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with our current clients and internal team members.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultations relating to business credit to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clientele while consulting our clientele on the growth of their business.

Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):

• $18 to $20 dollars an hour + Incentives
• Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
