Job summary

TTEC in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English to assist Clipper card users at the Embarcadero BART station.

You will handle face-to-face interactions, issue Clipper cards, add transit value, and answer questions about using Clipper cards for Bay Area travel.

This is a 2–3 month temporary assignment with a 5-day work week and a base wage starting at $21 per hour; full-time opportunities may follow.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must be willing to work in the ticket booth at Embarcadero BART station in San Francisco.
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated or complex calls with customers to provide peace of mind.
• Assist Clipper customers face-to-face and help complete actions with Clipper cards.
• Issue Clipper cards and add transit value using a POS system.
• Respond to questions about using physical and mobile Clipper cards for Bay Area transit.
