Skyline Staffing in Aurora, IL is seeking a bilingual Recruiter (English & Spanish) to join our growing team. You will oversee temporary staff and recruit for client companies, acting as the primary contact for daily staffing operations and customer service excellence.

The role requires strong communication skills, energetic and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, records maintenance, and participate in recruiting events, advertising, and online postings.
• Network to source candidates and build a pipeline for manufacturing and warehousing roles.

Main job functions of a recruiter include overseeing currently working temporary employees as well as recruiting new employees for our client companies. Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs. Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels. Other administrative duties such as data entry, records maintenance, participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking. We provide skilled as well as entry-level general labor staffing for manufacturing and warehousing client companies.
