Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their home improvement needs are met. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and support checkout and order processing.

This role offers opportunities to cross-train in other areas, work across departments, and participate in a benefits program. The position emphasizes friendly, professional service and teamwork in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and maintain displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
