Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; identify needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse for customers.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and maintain presentation.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries when needed.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
