Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per store policies.
• Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and product stock.
• Retrieve products from shelves or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock and display products; keep store area clean and organized.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
