Job summary

Molly Maid in Minnesota is hiring a Bi-Lingual Customer Service, Office, Receptionist, Quality Check position. The role features paid training, a stable schedule, and advancement opportunities; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

You will support customers, book estimates, and help coordinate team activity in a friendly, fast-paced office. The position is part-time with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and offers incentives that can raise pay beyond the base rate.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Prior customer service, office, clerical or receptionist experience preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States with ability to pass background check.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers by answering calls and booking estimates and cleans.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate with field teams to facilitate day-to-day operations.
• Be a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer service across channels.
