FirstBank in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Loan Servicing Assistant to gain knowledge across Loan Servicing, Operations and Collections within the Manufactured Housing Industry.

You will answer customer calls, take payments over the phone, manage correspondence, support the Loan Servicing Team, assist with loan research, and submit maintenance requests. Bilingual Spanish is required; excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Some College preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish - required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excelling communication skills - both oral and written.
• Collection knowledge a plus.
• Manufactured housing knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer calls/inquiries.
• Take payments over the phone.
• Handle customer/client correspondence and all information requests.
• Support various departments within Loan Servicing Team.
• Assist with Loan Research.
• Review and submit Loan Maintenance Requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
