Maxwell Park Library in Tulsa is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to help connect Spanish-speaking families with the materials and resources they are looking for.
This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires fluent Spanish and English, a high school diploma, and comfort with basic technology and library systems. You will register patrons, assist with devices, and provide information in person and by phone.

Salary:$14.42 /hr. -Bilingual positions qualify for a pay bonus awarded quarterly.

A Selection of Qualifications & Essential Functions Include:
Week 1: Mon: 10-2, Tues: 10-2, Wed: 12-4, Thurs: 10-2, Fri: 12-4, Sat: Off
Week 2: Mon: Off, Tues: 10-2, Wed: 12-4, Thurs: 10-2, Fri: Off, Sat: 9-5
Occasional Sundays at Regional Library 1-5 (that week's schedule adjusted to accomodate)
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Work occasionally requires stooping and bending. Occasional light lifting such as three or four reams of paper, four or five books, or other materials (up to 20 pounds) may be required.
There are usually no major sources of discomfort; work is essentially conducted in a normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature, and air conditions.
Some positions require considerable physical exertion, such as regularly lifting heavy items (up to 80 pounds) such as carts or crates full of books, on a highly frequent basis and/or assuming awkward positions.
