Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist I to join our Texas operations center. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service in a helpdesk-style call center, handling account updates, and resolving inquiries while learning multiple banking systems.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service, call center, and financial services experience, plus fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ Customer Service experience required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a professional call center environment preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in a financial services environment preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships in an inbound/outbound call center in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet and/or exceed minimum performance standards with incentive opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service, process service requests and account updates.
• Identify opportunities to market and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
• Learn multiple banking systems and apply updates to calls with accuracy.
