Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Cash out retail customers using the POS system quickly and accurately.
• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders (retail and wholesale).
• Stock shelves and rotate product with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail and prep area to USDA standards.
• Enter and work inside cold storage and freezer units regularly.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the day.
• Follow procedures closely and communicate clearly with coworkers.
