About the Role

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our company. Your job is to make sure our customers feel welcome and receive their orders quickly, accurately, and professionally. You’ll also play a vital support role in stocking, cleaning, and helping our operation run efficiently day in and day out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers with professionalism and warmth
• Cash out retail customers using our POS system quickly and accurately
• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders (retail and wholesale)
• Stock shelves and rotate product with precision
• Maintain a clean, organized retail and prep area to USDA standards
• Enter and work inside cold storage and freezer units regularly
