Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Specialist I in Collections to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service for various financial products in a fast-paced call center.

You will handle inbound calls, build relationships, follow procedures, and collaborate with supervisors on non-standard issues, using empathy and solid judgment to solve problems. This role offers ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the consumer banking team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• 1+ year of experience in phone or face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to multitask across computer systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (potentially over 100 daily).
• Provide customer service for financial products and interpret needs.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Work independently and with the team to achieve goals.
• Follow all regulatory and departmental practices.
