Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst to join our finance team. You will review orders across the U.S. and Mexico, analyze credit reports and payment history, and help determine credit limits to support reliable operations.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email, preparing reports for leadership, identifying high-risk activity, and supporting growth at a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Review high volume daily orders across U.S. and Mexico to determine credit limits.
• Provide customer service via phone and email for credit decisions.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk orders and take appropriate action.
