Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst in Wisconsin to help make informed credit decisions across Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations. You’ll review accounts, analyze credit history, and provide timely insight to support customer experience and decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 2+ years in credit or related fields, and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong Excel and Word skills and a client-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of daily customer orders to support U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
