Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 2+ years of credit, customer service or collections experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review high volume daily customer orders to support Uline's U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email regarding credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
