Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst to join our team in Waukegan, IL. You will evaluate financial data and credit histories to support informed credit decisions across U.S. and Mexico locations.

This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a strong analytic mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone and email. Growth opportunities and a focus on accurate data will drive your daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of daily customer orders to support U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
