Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York seeks a dynamic Bilingual Spanish/English Credentialing Specialist to manage the full credentialing cycle for NYS-sponsored programs and provide front desk coverage as needed.

You will process packets, track documentation, and support audits while coordinating with Recruiting and Provider Relations. This is a part-time role with a focus on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Minimum of one year in an office setting, healthcare preferred.
• Team player who adapts to change and can switch tasks quickly.
• Ability to manage high volumes of emails and phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire packets and obtain documentation for program compliance.
• Follow up with providers on expiring/expired documentation to stay compliant.
• Update provider information in databases (status, program, name, address changes).
• Process submitted provider documents and training certificates.
• Participate in credentialing audits and special projects.
• Maintain mailboxes and internal database for document processing.
• Assist in issuing continuing education workshop certificates and hours.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments (Recruiting, Provider Relations).
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
