Univista Insurance seeks a dynamic, bilingual Corporate Trainer with P&C auto experience to lead training across multiple markets. The role blends instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and sales enablement to onboard and develop sales professionals and staff.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment, delivers English and Spanish training, and mentors regional trainers to ensure compliant, high-impact learning across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in corporate training, instructional design, learning & development, or sales enablement in insurance.
• Hands-on P&C insurance industry experience with auto products and regulations.
• Proven track record in developing onboarding, modules, and instructional content.
• Experience coaching and teaching insurance sales techniques and objections.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs and modules for sales, compliance, and operations.
• Lead onboarding programs ensuring consistent learning across offices, in English and Spanish.
• Coach new hires and sales staff on product, consultative selling, objections, and closing.
• Conduct role-plays, simulations, and performance coaching to boost conversions.
• Monitor performance post-training and provide individualized development plans.
