UniVista Insurance Services is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Corporate Trainer to lead impactful training initiatives across Texas and beyond. In this role, you'll develop engaging training programs for sales professionals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate has a background in auto insurance, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and a passion for empowering others. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of training experience, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Extensive travel is expected (50% travel requirement).

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or sales enablement, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record in insurance sales and adult learning facilitation.
• Ability to assess, coach, and improve employee performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engaging training programs and deliver live and virtual sessions.
• Lead mentoring for trainers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support the onboarding and development of sales professionals.
