Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in copywriting, digital content creation, or content management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Spanish to proofread translated content for website.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for websites, apps, and other digital channels.
• Upload, format, and maintain content using the CMS.
• Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive digital experiences.
• Update and optimize existing content to keep it relevant, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.
• Troubleshoot formatting, layout, or technical issues within the CMS.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure content displays correctly across devices.
• Maintain documentation on CMS processes, workflows, and best practices.
