Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and 3–6 years in a telemarketing or call center setting, with supervisory experience preferred and full bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.

• 3–6 years in telemarketing/Call Center environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy for inbound and outbound channels to meet goals and profitability.
• Prepare individual and team action plans to manage prospects and targets.
• Assist in marketing plan development when needed.
• Conduct one-on-one reviews with sales agents to improve performance.
• Track daily sales results and report KPI-based performance to management.
• Ensure accurate order processing and smooth workflow.
• Educate agents on sales flow and handling objections; manage callbacks and promotions.
• Monitor calls and measure KPIs like service level and occupancy.
• Coordinate with programmers to maintain high sale ratios in premium channels.
• Record attendance and tardiness; enforce attendance policy.
