Job summary

Liberty Puerto Rico is seeking a Sales & Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and promote fixed and mobile services in retail stores across multiple locations in Puerto Rico.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), 1–2 years in customer service or sales, and are fluent in Spanish and English. The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt resolution of customer inquiries, including billing and service information.
• Upsell services and products to existing customers.
• Record account information and manage customer orders.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and respond to inquiries about promotions and features.
• Assist with in-store merchandising and product launches.
