Advance America in Madison, WI is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting branch sales goals. This performance-based, hands-on role requires bilingual abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for sales and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include driving acquisition through storefront and online channels, educating customers on loan terms, building relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in sales/retail/banking/collections preferred.
