Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Construction Law Attorney in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation, a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

You will represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and trials, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and briefs. Florida bar admission is required; bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida law license.
• 5+ years of construction litigation experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and in a team.
• Commitment to client service and achieving favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation cases, including depositions, court appearances, and trials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice on construction law matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in English and Spanish.
