Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling construction defect or construction litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of Florida construction defect statutes and related case law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect matters involving residential and commercial projects.
• Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and expert reports.
• Analyze contracts, plans, specifications, and related project documentation.
• Work with engineers, architects, and contractors as needed.
• Conduct and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with partners on complex, multi-party disputes.
