Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, Florida Bar admission in good standing, and 2+ years of PI litigation experience. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong courtroom skills, and the ability to manage a heavy caseload are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side personal injury background preferred.
• Demonstrated courtroom, deposition, and trial experience.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
