We are a fast-growing, leading industrial skilled trades recruiting firm. Established in 2010, we have grown nationwide and are now expanding in the Midwest. We specialize in Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine industries, providing skilled tradespeople.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience as a Construction Foreman
• Knowledge of commonly used form systems
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time
• Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment, outdoors, and overtime/weekends as needed
• Punctuality and reliability
• Respectful, inclusive, and collaborative attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of laborers, ensuring safety, organization, and cleanliness on site
• Manage laborers and their time
• Move materials and operate heavy equipment
• Perform carpentry as needed
• Maintain site cleanliness and adapt to situations
• Work a 40+ hour week, 6-7 days a week
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possess OSHA 10 or 30 certification
