Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Experience in the construction and/or facilities industry preferred.

• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.

• Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and other industry professionals.
• Present and explain company services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, estimates, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving established revenue goals.
• Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Represent Enterprise Construction Group professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
