Job summary

CPM Builders N.A., LLC is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support our commercial projects. This hands-on role works on active job sites, assisting with material handling, site cleanup, and coordination with superintendents and trades.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish/English, physically capable, and committed to safety. OSHA 10/30 is a plus; valid driver's license preferred. Equal opportunity employer; travel to various project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Physically demanding work, including lifting.
• Able to work on active commercial sites and follow instructions.
• Team player with reliable attendance and flexible schedules.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

CPM Builders N.A., LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on position for individuals comfortable working in an active construction environment and willing to assist with a variety of jobsite tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents and project teams with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and work-area preparation.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Assist skilled trades and subcontractors when directed.
• Install temporary protection, signage, barriers, and other jobsite materials as needed.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
• Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or jobsite concerns to the Superintendent.
• Perform other general construction duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials.
• Comfortable working on active commercial construction sites.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends when required by the project.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
